LSU vs. Oregon

The first win of the season for LSU and EZ and I had front row tickets, well not literally, but we had a pretty good view from our standing room only tickets ;);) I actually sat on the floor and watched the giant screen.

The new Cowboy stadium, aka Jerryworld was incredible. I've never seen anything like it. We spent the afternoon tailgating with some old teammates and good friends. And leave it to EZ to befriend random tailgaters just to get a spot to sit.

We even snuck in some drinks in our handy Vapur water bottles purchased specifically for the game. I can't wait for to watch the Home Opener this weekend! But I do wish I could go back to when I really had front row tickets in Death Valley.

Travel Plans

I extended my stay in Seattle by 1 whole day! hah. So now I'm flying to Dallas instead of New Mexico to meet EZ for the LSU vs. Oregon game in Cowboy stadium. It's going to be a fun labor day weekend! This also keeps me out of NM for an extra couple days woo! (sad it keeps me away from EZ and Kahlua for that much longer.) Can't wait for LSU football to start up again!! Too bad Jordan Jefferson won't be joining us due to a felony charge. We never can get our quarterback situation straightened out.

So Long Baton Rouge!!

I'm really going to miss LSU and my family here. It's been my home for the past 4 years!

I cannot believe I had front row seats for the 2007 football season.
