EZ Eats: Cabbage Stew

My momma tried this recipe when we were visiting her and I decided to make a version of my own. It came out pretty tasty and I will be making it again!

2 lbs ground beef (cooked, not drained)
5 cups beef stock
3 large carrots peeled and diced
2 tbs sea salt/to taste
1 tbs ground cumin
1 tbs cayenne
1 tbs jalepeno juice from the jar
1/2-3/4 a head of green or purple cabbage
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tbs ground pepper

Brown the ground beef and then add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours.
