EZ Eats: Stir-Fry

We ordered 1/8 of a grass fed cow and I'm so excited that I don't know how to even cook all these cuts of meat! I did some research and found that top round steak is good for stir-fry so that's what we had tonight. I used bell peppers, mushrooms and spinach as our veggies, tossed in garlic, ginger, coconut oil, and soy sauce and served it over spaghetti squash. You could serve it over white rice or cauliflower rice too!
